Challenge
The challenge was to differentiate the product within a highly competitive frozen category while maintaining brand coherence across the portfolio.
Production & Execution
Coordinated with print suppliers, reviewed material finishes and color proofs, and approved final artwork prior to mass production.
For NotCo’s expansion in Mexico, I led the packaging design for several product launches, including NotChicken Empanizado Multigrano and NotChicken Milanesa Asada. This work involved concept development, structural design iterations, coordination with production vendors, color proof reviews, and final artwork approval ensuring consistency from creative brief to shelves in major retailers.
